1) "Father" of different ethnicity. Perhaps he murdered the "real" father and took his place (see point 3 for further evidence of this)

2) Erect nipples on female figure. This demonstrates a sign of sexual arousal inherent to women who have cheated on their spouses. She more than likely had the original male figure head "disposed" of by her "daddy".

3) Nervous looking child. This is further evidence that something is not right with the situation or what's going on. Perhaps this child has already been molested by said "father figure" and is worried for his / her younger sibling currently being thrown in the air.
